"Brian came out for the estimate and was very professional. He answered all my questions and gave me a detailed estimate. He was the only contractor to mention permits for the job and made sure the work was done to code. I needed two different contractors, one for carpentry and the other for stucco, both excellent at what they do. They matched the existing house perfectly. The work was done promptly and as described as well as on budget. The prices were excellent for the work being done. I have dealt with contractors in the past that were flaky, either you couldn't reach them or they don't show up, this is not the case with CRO.
