Everyone went above and beyond. Dave was very considerate and respectful and made sure everything was completely timely and perfectly!

Although there may have been times of frustration, Mr. Riley still listened to my concerns and assist with coming up with a reasonable solution. He was/is truly concerned and fair. His customer service is beyond a 5 rating. I'm a female homeowner and he did not make me feel that my concerns were not important. He treated my home like it was his own home. He explained the products to me to give me the pro and cons. I would definitely refer him to friend, family, co-workers.

Atlantic Storm and Construction is the definition of professionalism. They always showed up early and were thorough in their work. They did what they said they would and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. I had damage to my roof but at the time did not have the funds to replace it. Dave came out and did a temporary repair that was above my expectations. He offered his assistance with whatever I needed to secure funding for a replacement. He checked in on the roof before and after every storm and updated the temp repair as needed. He showed up early for every inspection and documented every inch of my roof. All of this was included in the replacement quote. There were no hidden charges and they never demanded additional money. When I had the funding secured, I was promptly put on the schedule. Dave and his crew did all the paperwork and showed up exactly when they said they would. They showed up everyday until the roof was complete. They put in extra work and time to make sure my roof was done properly and my concerns were addressed. They again never demanded money beyond what was quoted to replace the roof. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Dave and Atlantic Storm and Construction. They took a stressful situation and made it easy. They handled everything in a professional manner and always took the time to make sure I was happy with the work. I would not hesitate to hire them again and honestly I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else. They were that legitimate in everything they told me and everything they did. I really can't thank them enough.

Reliable, Professional, Honest, very detailed, Thorough, contracted the work for the gutters and made sure i getting larger gutters needed for the style of the roof. There were a few pvc fence slats on our decorative fence , that hides our garbage pails, that got broke during the roof removal. He replaced the entire fence. A great company

I highly recommend Atlantic Storm for installing a new roof on my home and Dave keeping me well informed of all phases of the installation. I have dealt with numerous contractors having gone through Hurricane Andrew with severe damage to my home. Atlantic storm by far is superior to any company that I have dealt with in my life time ( I am 87 years old). I cannot say enough for Dave keeping me well aware of all phases of work being performed.

Dave Riley of Atlantic Storm Construction and his crew did an amazing job on installing my new roof! Communication is easy with this company, Dave usually answers the phone himself. Answers all your questions, has solutions for for your problems and is always willing to work with you. The crew is courteous and professional. They clean up at the end of the day and at the end of the job but for the new roof you would never know they were there.... not a stray nail anywhere!! The materials used were the exact same as all the other contractors we had contacted were going to use. I feel that for the quality of work that Atlantic Storm Construction provided, they also offered the best value! I highly recommend Atlantic Storm Construction! Dave Riley is knowledgeable, courteous, observed safe mask and rules when appropriate. Observed quoted costs and even went the extra mile helping me find matching shingles as required and allowed by HOA. Work included roof repair, which he temporarily sealed during these stormy days before final repair. I can't think of anything he or his worker could have done to improve the experience.
