Tom S. Was extremely curious and on time for our appointment! He did a thorough inspection and measurement of our roof providing us with several pricing options. We were ready to replace our roof and were provided sample brochures to select our color from. Tom answered all our questions concerning differences and warranties available. The ELO office and Tom provided us with timely notifications of when our materials were to be ordered and a request to verify the colors just to be sure there were no mistakes. The materials were on site in a week, with a dumpster. The crew showed up just like they scheduled with us and performed the removal and reinstall in two days. They cleaned up immaculately and ran a magnet around the house to pick up any nails the tarps didnâ t catch. All of the crew from delivery to install were courteous and kind. For us we would definitely recommend ELO Roofing to anyone. Great value, great quality.

Great to work with. Ryan Boyd did all the legwork with permitting, insurance company, and coordaining the project. Workmanship appears very good, done in a timely manner. Some minor plant damage in the landscaping during the demolition phase but the replacement was covered by ELO. The cleanup crew could have done a better job picking up all the nails from the driveway. Especially liked working with Jennifer. All very professional.

I had a truly great experience with ELO Roofing. Kaitlyn Slone was my project managerâ ¦.she kept me informed every step of the way and was always there to promptly answer any questions! The crew works for the company and is not subcontracted out. They work extremely hard in all kinds of weather. I would highly resommend this business!

ELO was very nice to work with. Our roof was started and completed in one day ( 2 - story house in Palm Coast). Man, they worked hard. There was no mess left over, which I appreciated immensely. I also was amazed at how the money side of things was handled!! The way they worked with us and our insurance company just blew me away. Ok, by now I think you can determine that we were over-the-top pleased with ELO.

Shout out to Tom Scarbough of Elo Restoration for helping me get a New Roof!!! Nobody wants to deal with insurance companies and roof inspectors, and may even miss out on getting a new roof when you are totally (and legally) eligible (you do pay your insurance premiums, for years, and storms have wrecked havoc on our properties all along the east coast) and we usually never get anything for it. Tom is a close friend and he and Elo owners are members of my local church. My experience with them from the moment I mentioned "I need help getting a new roof" was a seamless process of getting a beautiful new roof (and only paying my small deductible). They actually found much more damage than I realized and saved me a lot of frustration in my future. If you believe you might have room damage, or are not sure, just give Tom a call. Myself and others have had a great experience and you too may very well deserve to have a beautiful new roof and get something for the years of paying premiums. Proffesional and great customer service. Tom Scarbrough the project manager walked through the entire process start to finish. Tom is what customer service is all about. He made getting a roof a pleasant experience. He explained the claim process and even showed up the day the insurance claims adjuster conducted the inspection. Done in a day and a half and looks flawless. I was updated throughout the process. Thomas (Supervisor) and Roofing crew did an outstanding job on the installation and final cleanup of the yard before departure. Without a doubt will recommend to Neighbors, Friends and Family.

I contacted Elo Restoration after I noticed several homes in my neighborhood using Elo for their re-roof projects. I worked with Dan Christ who over saw the entire project from beginning to completion. Dan offered a thoughtful no pressure pitch and represented the company 100%. Dan even recommended a public insurance adjuster when the insurance company originally denied my wind damage claim. Elo completed the job in two days. I highly recommend contacting Dan Christ and using Elo Restoration for your roofing needs.

Been "working" with my insurance company for months to replace the roof. UPC tried to settle for about $60 and by the time ELO finished getting what was owed from the original claim, we had just shy of 24k to work with. Allowing ELO to process my unique situation delivered results, without which, property sale would not have been possible. Thank you, Ray, Lynn, Dan, and Michelle.

What a top notch company!!! Very focused on delivering a quality product with a focus on providing excellent customer service. What a stress free experience!! Just had our home re-roofed by Elo Restoration. They guided us through what could have been a confusing and stressful process with our insurance company, delivered a great looking roof and the cleanup looked like they were never there. Would highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

Tim Taylor was excellent answering any questions that arose. He explained everything in detail and helped us walk through the insurance claim. Said ran an excellent crew: start to finish. The workmanship was excellent and the cleanup afterwards was superb. I would hire both those guys to run a project any time.

We had a great experience with R&W Roofing. Our roof needed to be completely replaced and they got to it right away. We went out of town for a night and when we came back it was completed and everything was cleaned up. What a relief to not have to worry anymore when it rains! We also appreciated the option to finance. The whole process was simple and well done. Highly recommended!
