"Great! Everything about my experience with Edificium has exceeded my expectations. But for some rotted out fascia where my screen enclosure meets the house, Edificium would have completed the re-roof in one day! As it turned out they completed the tear-off of the old roof and had us dried in in less that 9 hours. Today - six days later - they completed the repair of the fascia which not an easy task. The crew did a fantastic job and tomorrow the roof replacement will be completed. Special thanks to David who provided the estimate and to Ed, the owner who met with me personally to discuss the repairs. The crew were courteous and professional and they did a great job cleaning up my property. I will definitely recommend Edificium Construction to my friends."
