Great! Everything about my experience with Edificium has exceeded my expectations. But for some rotted out fascia where my screen enclosure meets the house, Edificium would have completed the re-roof in one day! As it turned out they completed the tear-off of the old roof and had us dried in in less that 9 hours. Today - six days later - they completed the repair of the fascia which not an easy task. The crew did a fantastic job and tomorrow the roof replacement will be completed. Special thanks to David who provided the estimate and to Ed, the owner who met with me personally to discuss the repairs. The crew were courteous and professional and they did a great job cleaning up my property. I will definitely recommend Edificium Construction to my friends.

They did a great job, fair pricing, polite & efficient. They cleaned up, did everything the sales person said they would, arrived on time & were a very hard working crew. Neighbors had positive compliments & asked us for their number. We were very glad that we chose Edificium Roofing.

Their worker were very professional and did anything I asked. Taking pictures of old roof for the Insurance. David was very nice and kept his word on everything he told us. I would recommend this company to everyone.

The roof went well. My son was a roofer too, and he said that the roof was good, but for the gutter they did a lousy job. They promised to come back here to fix it, but until now they did not come back. I called them many times, but they did not respond, but the pricing was very fair.

Edificium Construction was diligent and quick to get me a proposal for the work being done at my rental property. Eddie was good at communicating the steps of the project, scheduling and taking care of the permits. He was always available to take my calls. His crew was respectfully of my property and worked efficiently to complete the job. I would recommend Eddie and his crew.
