When our counter was ready, he came out promptly to take the measurements and within a week they came to install the counter top and the under counter sink,waterfall and backsplash. His team was professional, polite and clean. They also drilled holes for the faucet, garbage disposal switch and pop up outlet."

"The worst customer service. Do not use this place. First they cut the quartz counter tops incorrectly and wanted us to rearrange our cabinets to accommodate. Then when they couldn’t locate replacement counters they didn’t want in give us a refund for the less expensive quartz we ended up choosing. Within a month the counters were shifting and several sections were higher so they had to come and fix them. While fixing them they damaged our brand new stove top and dishwasher and refused to fix them. Our contractor was so disappointed and decided to no longer used this place. When we updated our bathrooms we used Galaxy. Much better customer service."

"The team at Pacific Marble are the best ! Today they refinished my marble floors throughout my residence, for the second time in 3 years. In all frankness, the job they did the first time was so good I probably could have waited longer, but my wife insisted we get them "Buffed up". As in the first time, the men they sent today, (Victor and Alberto) were extremely professional, careful, thorough and did a superb job. And this is coming from someone who is a bit OCD.
