Second time I've used Luis for tile and he continues to impress. He's very knowledgeable regarding tiling and installation. He's has a professional work ethic and is forthcoming. I highly recommend him.

We called Luis for an estimate at the end of 2019. We were not able to start at that time and then Covid hit. We called Luis back in March 2020 and we hired him to demolish and retile about 900 sq ft. while we stayed in the house. They were done in 5 days and we are extremely happy. Him and his crew were on time everyday and worked super hard to give us beautiful final result. Will definitely be calling him again to redo both bathrooms. You will not be sorry if you hire J.E.L. Backsplash repair & install

Perfect. He showed up the next morning to assess the job. Quoted me a fair price. His guys were there in a few hours and finished it perfectly.

Due to a replacement of a shower pan we had to replace and retile partial of the wall tiles and new tiles for the shower pan. Luis and his team did an amazing job! Luis Garcia was the first to respond to my request for a tile installer on Angie's List. He came to my home within a few days to give me an estimate. When I decided to hire him he agreed to pick up the tile I had ordered and was flexible about scheduling. Although he was a little late to arrive due to morning traffic, he completed the job in a timely manner. He and his partner were polite and meticulous, being careful not to track in dirt or leave any debris unattended. They were efficient and highly professional. Luis and his partner did a beautiful job.

Shower base had to be prepared for tile install as well as about ten inches of surrounding walls inside shower. After wall board was installed and cement base hardened the tiles were put in with mortar. Work was completed in one day with excellent results.

We were doing a kitchen remodel and arrived at the point where we needed to install the kitchen back splash. We needed someone with the expertise to do the job right. We were fortunate enough to hire Luis. He's very prompt to respond to the initial inquiry and it continued throughout the duration of the job. Although the job was not huge, it required a detailed oriented approach. He helped us choose the right grout; his team preps the area and cleans up after; they're courteous, professional, and showed up to the job with positive attitudes; and we're very happy with the finished result.

I have used this provider before, so I was not surprised that it went very well. He is punctual, professional and inventive in surmounting problems presented by an old house.

We wanted to be thorough so shopped around for a couple of bids, after comparing, Luis impressed us with a fair price and the level of detail and knowledge. He let us know how much time it would take and he was able to finish the job 1 day early. The team is very professional always on time and I must say very clean. Our travertine looks beautiful.We are very happy with his work and the final product. Great Job!!

Luis was on time, well equipped to do any job, clean, professional and from start to finish and patient with my change of mind. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Did not even show up

His team were professional and punctual.  They started on time and ended the day at a reasonable hour.  When the plumber made a big mistake with the shower, they removed the tile in order to make correction.  Secondly since he recommended the plumber, he stepped in and installed the free standing faucet to the tub due to the plumber inability .  My only gripe was that he did use his machine to clean the tile but it was not enough to remove all of the grout and thin set stains.  I ended up purchasing an non-acid product to remove the stains.  But the overall experience of his service was good.  Kind of expensive compared to others but worth the money.  They really did the job right!

Spoke with Luis on the phone, asked him to come to the house and to my surprise he asked me to send detailed pictures of the repairs that needed to be done, I did so and in 5 min I had an estimate, they came at the time we set on the agreed day and four hours later the job (replaced all damaged tiles) had been completed, they did an excellent job and cleaned everything, once done it look like there were never any cracked tile (marble). We will sure refer them to friends and call them if any needs in the future!
