For the past 19 years I have practiced real estate in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area! Over 10 years ago New Jersey clients of mine hired Terrence Tullgren to interior design and furnish their lovely 3 bedroom oceanfront condo! I am a realtor in Miami and contacted Terrence to design a high profile NFL football player’s luxury condo in South Beach. It was amazing to watch him in action. With just a brief meeting with the unit owner, he created a stunning environment reflecting the owner’s style and taste. He was quick and reasonable with his pricing.

For years I recommended Terrence as a designer to the high end clients I was working with during closings at a law firm. My realtor told me not to hire a designer until I meet Terrence Tullgren. I am so happy that I listened to her! My husband had just passed away so he didn’t get to help me with the decorating. Terrence and I worked perfectly together picking all the samples of flooring, paint, furniture, art and lighting. Terrence is a multi-faceted designer and is incredibly easy to work with. He always exceeds my high expectations in his execution. His sense of color, proportion and balance is exceptional. He has an intuitive talent that allows him to create seamless transitions in spaces. He is trustworthy and punctual, traits not easy to find anywhere! He does not insist on a certain design style but really listens to what your vision is and manifests that. From major renovations to design consultations I would highly recommend Terrence. I have worked together with Terrence for over 20 years choosing and installing art in at least 25 of his jobs. He knows exactly what the client wants and therefore it makes it easy to work with him. He uses art to tie all the design elements in a space together. We confer on color, subject matter, dimension, matting and framing. He has a wonderful sense of balance and is keen on smooth transitions. Apart from being talented he has a good sense of humor.

I was overwhelmed and panicking when I was suddenly faced with furnishing a new home top to bottom while in the midst of an important, difficult business project. I called Terrence Tullgren. He had quickly designed a wonderful assisted living suite for my Mom, incorporating some of her own cherished items with perfect new ones. That beautiful room made my Mom’s move so much easier for her. I also watched as he helped my friend select furniture, fabrics and design for her lovely new home. It went really well. Terrance has a ken eye for color combinations and we were very happy with the way our apartment came out... Terrance would shop with us for everything from furniture to paint getting us discounts on most products purchased. He was always very pleasant to work with.. Easy to express your thought without that attitude that some decorators have of being all knowing. My mom also had Terrrance decorate her apartments as well We both were always satisfied with the quality of the work and the people he hired. Terrence was an invaluable help to me especially because during both moves I was downsizing. We all know how difficult that is and I really dislike clutter! Since Terrence lives in a different state we did several phone consultations and I was able to show him my homes via FaceTime. It worked very well; don’t think it could have gone better even if he was in person! One of my favorite ideas was how he taught me how to make my home larger by visually blending the inside and outside of my house using similar colors and plants. With him, he was in perfect control, making sure all deadlines were met and beautiful choices I loved were made.
