However, we were not able to do your repair before the month of January, being that it is our busiest time of the year. Since the first day that you called looking for an appointment our representative mentioned to you that it would not be any time soon. The moment she spoke to you of when we could perform your repair you impolitely hung up the phone not giving us the chance for alternative options. It is very unfortunate you feel this way. Please contact us if you'd still like to have us do the repair in January, we would love to assist you with the repair of your project."

When you contacted our company and described the service needed, we asked for basic information from you in order to write a contract. I was questioned the need for a contract considering the amount to be charged. Yes, we write contracts for every job to be performed regardless of the amount, as it is an agreement between both parties. The word "mess" was not used in the conversation but we felt the importance to make you aware that dust could be expected. An appointment was scheduled after that and the contract was sent by e-mail.
