"I recently worked with Ariel from Full Service and he helped us remodel my entire house over the course of nearly a year. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work and level of professionalism he demonstrated throughout the project. Ariel was the only contractor who really sat down with us to understand our vision and goals for our home renovation. "Everyone know that I have seen a lot ! I was impressed from the beginning: response, job knowledge, cleanliness of their work. Especially good was that the boss made recommendations that were solid. He advised on items that I thought needed replacing, but didn't (example: I thoought the whole tile floor needed replacing when removing/replacing the bathroom chair. Not needed. They did this quickly and cleanly)."

It's now August 2025 and the project is still not completed because, as we will allege, M-Worx stole over $125,000 from us and caused over $100,000 in damages to the property before abandoning the project altogether. We have hired a new contractor to complete the project; however, we are still saddled with untangling the mess. In addition, we have wracked up 10s of thousands of dollars more in housing and storage expenses and legal fees, all while continuing to pay property taxes and mortgage payments for a home that we have been deprived of and cannot use. "This isnâ t my project but my mom desperately needed work done. She had not updated her home since Hurricane Andrew! She was very resistant to make any changes but stuff was starting to fall apart. She agreed to fix up the kitchen but I wasnâ t going to have enough time to oversee the project and sheâ s divorced.
