"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."

"Not well. They kind of came when was convenient for them. Came earlier than discussed. We were told not to use pool, even though they came on Friday, instead of Monday discussed. We, like most, use the pool on the weekend. Had a pretty poor attitude during discussions subsequent to initial fix. Pool is still leaking."
