"I called James Auger Plumbing and told them of the urgent nature of my problem.  They took my number and very shortly later, the plumber called me and said they would get to it the same day.  They came out on time and efficiently fixed the problem.  Since this was at my tenant's house, they mailed me the bill which really saved me a lot of trouble of having to meet them and pay the bill.

"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen.
