Great experience. I had another company out last week 20 year old kid. did not know how to replace a check valve it was not sealed and pulled air not water burned the pump out so it was time to hire a adult to get it right. they showed up on time found the shabby job the kid did was able to locate the air leak replaced the pump even gave me a break on labor for the check valve cause I already paid to have it replice great guy to work with transparent about the price so much better then the other guys.

This business lacks communication like no other. They don?t explain the scope of the work, the process or the timeline. They never return the phone calls or text messages in a timely manner. Very frustrating process !

"Hello Gulden, I?d like to provide clarification regarding your feedback. Up until yesterday, I had not communicated with you directly?my prior discussions about this project were with Meredith. At that time, I explained that drip line installation should take place after plants were installed so that it could be positioned correctly. When asked about burying the drip line, I noted that it is not designed for underground installation, but could be covered with mulch to achieve a cleaner look. During our conversation yesterday, I did my best to explain these points. While I understand you were frustrated, I want to emphasize that clear communication has been provided from the beginning and that the process has followed industry standards. My goal is always to be professional and transparent, even if the information may not align with initial expectations. Thank you for allowing me the chance to clarify."
