"We had Mitchell (from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning) come by 2 days before Christmas & had him clean the carpets & 2 pieces of furniture. I had a few issues, however - considering it was the holidays, I didn't review or contact them right away. I tried the bottle of Spot Cleaner he gave me, but that didn't help with the High Traffic Areas... So, on the 29th I emailed them and when I heard back, they had put us on the schedule right away and today Mitchell came back out and recleaned those problem areas. The place looks Much Better. So glad I found them, contacted them, & had them clean our carpets & furniture! Mitchell was On Time & Very Friendly! And even though I had him come back out and redo some of his work, he took it like a champ! He was Very Professional & Apologetic! We will be using Sunshine Carpet Cleaning again in the future! We also Highly Recommend them! One last thing... Before I leave a review, I always touch base with the company again, if there was an issue - to see how they respond, rather than giving a bad review. This company made good on its work and that is one of the many reasons they get a 5-Star Review!! Excellent Work! Excellent Customer Service! Excellent Leadership! Excellent Prices!
