"We had Mitchell (from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning) come by 2 days before Christmas & had him clean the carpets & 2 pieces of furniture. I had a few issues, however - considering it was the holidays, I didn't review or contact them right away. I tried the bottle of Spot Cleaner he gave me, but that didn't help with the High Traffic Areas... So, on the 29th I emailed them and when I heard back, they had put us on the schedule right away and today Mitchell came back out and recleaned those problem areas. The place looks Much Better. So glad I found them, contacted them, & had them clean our carpets & furniture! Mitchell was On Time & Very Friendly! And even though I had him come back out and redo some of his work, he took it like a champ! He was Very Professional & Apologetic! We will be using Sunshine Carpet Cleaning again in the future! We also Highly Recommend them! One last thing... Before I leave a review, I always touch base with the company again, if there was an issue - to see how they respond, rather than giving a bad review. This company made good on its work and that is one of the many reasons they get a 5-Star Review!! Excellent Work! Excellent Customer Service! Excellent Leadership! Excellent Prices! Excellent Smell as well... These people are more than just Friendly, they have Excellent Experience in the carpet cleaning business!
