"Installer Eric showed up on time.  Took the time to explain how the system worked and what we could expect.  Consulted with us on the placement of the system and manner of installation. Completed installation in about two hours.  Provided a complete explanation of the systems controls and warranty,  when to add salt, when to flush out salt tank, what to do after a power outage and when system service would be needed again.  Eric did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results.  Water no longer smells and the water from the tap tastes fine.

Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. Gave us advice to keep an eye on possible problems. Charge was a little higher because we have a combination inground spa with our pool, meaning more plumbing to check. Very happy with results."

They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

"After thorough research and several recommendations for my roof replacement, I decided to go with Total Home Roofing. David Hughes, my sales representative, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He responded very timely the day after my call request, explained in detail all of my options, and provided a very competitive quote. Within a few days, the main office called to select an install date and defined process expectations. The installers arrived promptly on the scheduled date. They lent us a mobile unit sufficient for one room and installed the new unit on Thursday. The two installers were polite and knowledgeable. They took the time to demonstrate the operation and programming of the new unit, and only left after we said we were comfortable with the programming and maintenance."
