"After thorough research and several recommendations for my roof replacement, I decided to go with Total Home Roofing. David Hughes, my sales representative, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He responded very timely the day after my call request, explained in detail all of my options, and provided a very competitive quote. Within a few days, the main office called to select an install date and defined process expectations. The installers arrived promptly on the scheduled date. "The old unit broke down on a Sunday, they came out later that day and determined the old unit was not worth repairing. They lent us a mobile unit sufficient for one room and installed the new unit on Thursday. The two installers were polite and knowledgeable. They took the time to demonstrate the operation and programming of the new unit, and only left after we said we were comfortable with the programming and maintenance."
