Finally went with best (longest) workmanship warranty. Supply truck arrived and began unloading at about 7:30am the first day. Workers arrived a bit later as the delivery was finishing and the supervisor, Sammy, shortly thereafter with the dumpster. Sammy provided his business card for contact if needed. Over two days, workers were busy as expected, cleaned up each day, and appeared to have excellent workmanship. Sammy checking in both days and answered some questions when done. Inspections went without a hitch. My neighbor was also keeping an eye on the job and felt they did excellent work.
