"Rodney and Terry arrived on time 8:30AM.  Rodney answered questions/concerns I had about insulation.  They proceeded getting the job done.  I was having this done as my garage gets very hot in the summer, no ventilation in attic.  Rodney recommended a solar fan on roof.  Will have this done is the spring time.  I got recommedations and quotes from several other companies.  They were recommending other types of insulation that cost a lot more.  Was very happy with price and service I  got with Reichel Insulaltion.

"They gave me a fair price and were able to get the work done in good time.  The guys that came out to blow the insulation were friendly and cleaned up after themselves.  I couldn't afford it this go round but I would be interested in their radiant barrier product in the future.  Surprisingly, it isn't that much more expensive than the insulation and I know it would help a ton with a concrete tile roof.  I would recommend them.  I also recommend, with anyone blowing insulation, to measure afterwards to make sure you are getting what you pay for.

We went with the insulated metal roofing system, which we would recommend, it takes a bit longer and it's more costly but worth the time and money. Frank and his team are friendly, straight forward, and easy to work with. They were efficient and clean, our neighbors even commented how much they appreciated how well they cleaned up each day to keep our road and driveway clear. "Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Matt and Ian (installers) were on time, friendly and very fast. The job site was very clean after they finished. We had a miscommunication on first install date (their fault) and also on completion time (my fault). They left without payment being completed. Trusting! I spoke with Matt apologizing for not getting get back in time to write check and he very nicely requested I just call office in AM and leave credit card number. This is the second house we've used Precision Door and will always continue to use them!!"

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."
