"Our home was built in 2016, but not to our specifications. The builder did just the minimum R-34 insulation in the attic, causing the HVAC to run constantly most of the year and the home could not hold its temperature (set to 73 but rose as high as 80 degrees). I sent a request to TLS and (surprisingly) got a call back within minutes from the owner Seth who, despite being on the road in Texas acquiring new trucks, spent a solid 15-20 mins on the phone to understand my situation. His product type is above standard and his prices are extremely fair, so set an appointment. Two weeks later, his brother Tom arrive 10 minutes EARLY for the appointment and his crew quickly knocked out the job in less time that they estimated. Since then our home (now with R-50+ attic insulation) stays cooler, has less humidity and the HVAC isn't working as hard. Hats-off to Seth & Tom at TLS Insulation! I highly recommend this company!!"

"Not only does the roof look gorgeous it's efficient and quiet! It reduced our electric bill along with being cooler, it much quieter. We went with the insulated metal roofing system, which we would recommend, it takes a bit longer and it's more costly but worth the time and money. Frank and his team are friendly, straight forward, and easy to work with. They were efficient and clean, our neighbors even commented how much they appreciated how well they cleaned up each day to keep our road and driveway clear. We would highly recommend them for any roofing job!"

"The recommendations for improving efficiency were appreciated, but the quote for cost would not have paid off if we lived in the house for 20+ years. We were able to fix a leaky window ourselves for less than $20. The attic insulation improvement cost was beyond our price range. This is not the company's fault per se. We did not price these services with anyone else. But the claim that these changes would pay for themselves in energy bill reduction didn't make any sense. We would have to literally have no energy bill for 10 years to pay for the full upgrades.
The representative sent over was professional and courteous, and the company itself has given us no issues.

"I had my AC unit stop working overnight. At least it was in December! I called several AC contractors I have used in the past through Angie's List and none were available for at least several weeks. I also found Integrity Home Solutions Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning listed on Angie's List with many good reviews so I gave them a call. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, they were able to see me same day, except I was at work and unable to make it home in the scheduled time. They offered first thing the next morning. The technician showed up on time, explained what happened (motor burned out) and the cost to replace. I approved and he got everything completed in just a few hours. Overall, very efficient and responsive team all around. After a month, everything is still working fine. I would recommend this company for AC repairs."

"I have a block house built in 1996. I recently starting researching ways to “harden” my home against Florida storms. I initially thought a window film application would be the best solution. As I investigated glass technology, I realized the newer glass designs are far superior. I contacted Ryan at Reece Builders. We discussed details. I have a large number of windows, so we did the project in a couple of stages. In every case, every aspect of the project was flawless. The measurement was absolutely spot on. The installers were excellent and gifted craftsmen. Every new window fit perfectly. Everything was done correctly the first time. There were no “re works” for any reason. I mentioned Ryan by name here, but every single member of the Reece team is an outstanding professional and a pleasure to work with. When I look the construction of the Reece window compared to the original builder-supplied window, there is simply no comparison. The Reece window looks and feels much more robust, solid, and very well made. I have two east facing windows left to replace, literally next week. In the morning I put my hand on the old builder windows, and it feels like a hot frying pan. I go to the double insulated gas-filled Reece windows and they are cool to the touch. Actually, the vinyl frame is mildly warm, but I would expect that especially this summer of relentless heat and clear skies. That is the only heat transfer compared to the entire surface area of the old window. This is a great product and an excellent company to work with. "I was not sure what was wrong so I called these guys, described what I knew, and they said they would come look at it. They said there was an $85 minimum charge for an assessment but that it would be credited toward any kind of services and equipment that I needed. They showed up within 2 hours and even called me ahead of time to double check that I would be there. Once they arrived they checked several things before opening up the unit and then showed me where the electrical part of the system had melted, likely due to a power surge. So it had to be replaced, but they said they could replace the whole system (inside, outside and thermostat) that day. They even got a crane because the outdoor unit is on the roof of my condo unit. The techs were all quick, polite and respectful. They also helped provide photos and documentation should we need to submit a claim to the homeowners insurance company. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Big thanks to Alex Rodriguez and his team."
