Not only were the Shivers kind and knowledgeable, they were FAST! I needed work done on my roof to renew my insurance premium and was on a time crunch. My call was responded to immediately, Mr. Shiver came out the next day to inspect the project, gave me a great quote and had his team member come out two days later. I really appreciate the quality in service and work, will definitely be using them again next time I have a roof issue.

Owner was extremely polite and knowledgeable during the time of the estimate. Quickly diagnosed the source of the issues in less time than several other contractors who came to the same conclusions. Price was very competitive, crew was on-site before expected time, did a super job with the repairs and left the area very clean. Didn't waste anytime at all fixing the problem which was causing inside damage to my interior walls. Very pleased with the professionalism, courteousness and overall pleasant experience. Will definitely consider them 1st for any other roof repair or replacement. Very happy!

No other company would even consider coming out to look at our roof for 2 - 3 months after the hurricane. Their office called and said Dusty would be over the same day and he repaired it promptly and at a very reasonable cost.

Terrible!! The contractor over charged, my roof is leaking and he is Not responding to my phone calls or certified letters!!

They went up to the roof, they saw some wood damage that was causing the leak. They really did not know at the time. They quoted me a price to replace the chimney. I was not okay with changing the layout of the Chimney, When i told them that i would think about it, and use a different company. He went up to the roof and covered some roof with sealant, which helped. But the actual problem was that the chimney and where the roof connect needed to be replaced, Lots of rotted wood. Home inspection did not catch that. I plan to get it fixed in January. The provider did the best he could and was very professional. I would recommend them. It is a big job and he was as helpful as possible.

He was very nice.  I just expected much more. A high tech inspection rather than just cursory visual inspection.  And no criticism of what I had already accomplished.  Anyway, it just didn't work out.

OK, but the pitch was mosty for a costly reflective coating on interior of attic which would eventutally save money but one would have to live in home for quite awhile.
