Kevin's Glass & Mirror

Fantastic. My teenage son managed to spider web a pane of glass in his room, Kevin was able to replace the pane of glass and avoid me having to replace the whole window, Good job Kevin!

He responded immediately did job following day was professional & did a great job

I called Kevin for a quote and he responded the same day. Still the glass was insulated it took 2 weeks, after the two weeks I called Kevin to set up a install date. He told me that one of the windows had broken. It took another week to have the windows installed, I don't blame Kevin for this mishap but I do blame the glass company that he uses. I will definitely use Kevin again.

I spoke with Kevin who was quite personable although, the first appointment needed to be rescheduled as he had misplaced my information.  This was right before the holiday and they were very busy in his defense.  Ron came out  later in the day and he did a very nice job and cleaned up the shattered glass.  I would use their services again.

After a couple of phone calls to get a time frame to measure and order two small windows that were leaking Kevin's worker showed up, I paid half down. Three weeks later the same worker came back with the windows and replaced them at which time I paid them in full. This was even though he had not completed the job of trimming the caulking and affixing the muntins back on the windows. The worker stated he would be back within the next week to complete the job. He did not show up. After four weeks I contacted Kevin directly he stated he would finish the job the next week, this never happened. After another month I again called Kevin he stated he would be out the next day again no show. After another month I called Kevin, again he promised he would be at my house the very next Monday, and again a so show. Kevin has never called to cancel or advise me he had run into an issue keeping him from making his commitments. I have been left with working my schedule around his only to be ignored. It appears I will have to pay someone else to finish the job.
I understand my small windows are not a big job. But after over four months of his committing and not even a courtesy call to advise of any changes would make me cautious of giving Kevin's Glass anything bigger.

All went fine.

It was excellent! I did not have to wait for him to do the repair. He was there the next day with the glass and completed the job within the time frame that he said he would. He did the job $100 less than other companies that I looked into. The glass that he installed was a grade above what we agreed on and he did not charge me for that because he already promised that he would complete that project the next day so he just kept me at the price that he quoted me. Although it was an upgrade in the glass.

We called Kevin's on a Thursday night after my husband accidentally sent a rock flying into our sliding glass door via weed wacker.  It was after 7pm, but Kevin was willing to send someone out that evening to replace it (for a minimal additional fee).  We opted to have them come out on Friday morning instead.  Kevin quoted us a time and just as promised, his installer called to let us know he was on his way and arrived almost exactly in that time window.  Hopefully we will not have to have this same service again, but if we did we certainly would call Kevin's Glass & Mirror.

Kevin worked with me to find a product that met our price criteria. Technician Ron arrived promptly at the scheduled measurement appointment, described the product, and wrote up the order. Material arrived about 2 weeks later, as promised. The mirror installation was flawless. During installation a defect (warpage) was discovered with the shower door. Ron ordered a replacement door and returned 2 weeks later to finish the installation. I'm very pleased with the results, and with the experience working with Kevin's Glass and Mirror. In fact, this is the second time I've used this supplier. I would definitely use Kevin's Glass and Mirror again.

Kevin replaced a small broken window approximately 12" by 12" at my daughter's house.  He arrived as scheduled and was very quick and professional.  They were very pleased and would definitely recommend him to others.

Ron provided excellent, professional and timely service. It was easy to schedule the service with the office and the office and Ron kept me posted on his arrival. Ron was careful to clean up broken glass after he installed the new kit. I would highly recommend this company. In fact, I asked them to replace other windows at my home.

The tech that came out was nice, professional and did a great job. He even added some additional cocking to another one of the panes that needed it without being asked and did it for no additional. Very good customer service.

Kevin built the most fantastic glassed shower enclosure for the renovation in our master bathroom. Was extremely knowledgable about the various options (glass thickness, framed vs frameless, etc) and provided exactly what I was looking for. This was a custom installation, with knee walls and a full length door and fixtures he matched the frame with. Additionally, he installed two mirrors over the sinks and a full length mirror on another wall while he was there. Could not be more happy and greatly appreciate the work he did to pull everything together for us. A+.

I was working on surprising my husband with a completed home gym while he was away on a work trip and Kevin's glass came to my rescue after I had mad a major ordering error through and online company. By the time I realized the problem, I was rushing to remedy the situation and Kevin's was extremely helpful. Due to the nature of my last minute request, Kevin was not able to complete the job before my husband arrived at home, but he did complete it the next morning even though he was very busy.
