On September 13th, this company came out to address a termite issue at my home. They drilled holes throughout the entire house and filled them with foam to kill the termites, offering a 1-year guarantee on their work. They assured me they would return in three weeks (October 4th) to repair and seal all the holes and confirm the termites were gone. Not only have they failed to return, but the termites are still present. I?ve reached out multiple times ? first to Ray, who originally sold me the service, and received complete radio silence. Then, three days ago, I contacted Jesus, who repeatedly promised that Ray would come out to finish the job. Yet again, no one has shown up. After looking further into the company?s reviews online, I discovered that this seems to be a recurring problem with them ? a pattern I wish I had known before hiring them. I made the mistake of trusting their word because I was desperate to resolve the infestation, especially with an infant in the home.

Overall, my experience with this pest control service was very good. The team was professional, arrived on time, and explained the process clearly. The treatment was effective, and I’ve already noticed a big difference. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pest control.

First my phone that I did not research before I go to this company I find out this company is scam bunch of illegal watching there I'll pay $800 for the first time they came and spray after one week 100,000 of termite was in my kitchen I called him so many time never show up and I have to go to Home Depot I purchase liquid and I do it myself it didn't work call them back again I bake them to come over here to spray they came and they told me you have to pay $400 more bring you at for 2025 just pay them now the first $800 and the $400 they deposited on the same bank same account number and I showing the check to them both of them I still don't believe it they catch the check on the same bank as a 400 as 800 the same account number but they don't accept it please don't go there this is a scam isn't charge you cheaper because they want to attention you get them otherwise you're wasting money extremely extremely unexperienced and extremely uneffective I have to pay $1,700 to another compa

Came out for initial inspection / quote within 1 day. After inspection, provided immediate 1st treatment. Returned weekly to complete 3 treatments total. Pest activity has subsided.

He asked me for 100% of the money in advance, after the first two visits, my problem was not resolved, and he stopped showing up, and the problem has never been resolved. 

This company contact you immediately and ready to work. Awesome work and help me finding out rodents droppings in my roof and treatment for termites. Definitely using them for termite treatments annually and any other needs if I have issues.
