from first consult to end of job everything was great ... they helped me prepare for tenting, advised me on how to protect my property and belongings and left everything clean and intact when then were through.

HORRIBLE!! First of all the company outsourced to another company to do the work without advising us. I had to text day before to find out the arrival time and was given an four hour window between 8am-12pm. Due to lack of communication with the crew one of the workers fell from my roof, luckily I was home and contacted 911. The only door that was secured was the from door with a chain lock, all the others were not, as opposed as to what we were told. They removed the front window screen for the gas hose, but when the tent was removed the screen was left on the floor and the window was not locked properly. Their was garbage left all over my front lawn, including water bottles, boxes, plastic etc. The broken chair and blood from the worker that fell was not picked up or cleaned and disinfected. Some floor tiles where stained - assumed it must have been some of the chemicals used. I was not contacted that our home was cleared to return to, instead I found the so-called inspector leaving my house keys under the front door mat. I attempted to speak with owner whom didn't answer my calls and the gentleman that originally gave me the estimate state "I was given a fare price and they stand behind the quality of the work".. This has been an unpleasant experience and I have beyond disappointed in the lack of professionalism and work ethics of this company.

Bill Jones was wonderful to work with from start to finish! He answered all my questions in great detail and the week of the treatment came back with all the supplies necessary for the treatment. Everything went so well when the procedure was done and I found that the whole event was stress free!!! Thank you so much Bill Jones and Quality Termite and Pest Control! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable pest treatments!

My husband and I have a three month old baby and were very upset when we saw a mouse in our home. We went to a hotel because we were afraid of being in a home with mice. We called Quality Termite and Pest Control the following day after several other companies could not send someone out for several days. We spoke to the owner Jenny who was very pleasant and professional. She sent someone to our home the same day to ***** the home and place traps. She followed up with us and even came to our home herself when the mouse had not been caught after several days. She did a full assessment of our home once again (looking for a nest) and set new traps. After her assessment she informed us that we had a mouse and not a rat. She explained the difference between the two. She told us that we could text her at any time if needed. She made us feel a little less stressed and showed us that she cared. The mouse was finally caught and I am so glad we called Quality Termite and Pest Control. Jenny has a great company and I would be happy to recommend her to anyone for her professionalism and commitment to her customers. Thank you Jenny!

I took time off to be home for an inspection. I confirmed via email the day prior. They did not show and when I called and notified them I had been left unserviced, they never called back or rescheduled. Unacceptable for a “Pro” with an A rating on Angie’s List.

Quality made this experience painless. Very efficient and professional. Would not use another.

I called to set an appointment. They told me they would come on Tuesday at 5 but never showed up and never called. I called them back several times over two days and they would not answer the phone. I would NOT recommend this company to anybody

Called a cellphone, made an appointment and could barely hear the words because the connection was so bad. I asked her to text me with the price and half an hour later I had to text to remind her to give me a price. She responded with a starting price of 225 for coming in and putting a trap in the attic. Anything else that needed done would be a additional charge. said a technician would be in between 3-4. Never showed up, never rescheduled, never called in spite of specifically asking for immediate response.

They did really well.

This the only company that I trust.They did a complete ;inspection in my house. They knew exact whats going on they have determined where is the location of the termites and they did the treatment. They have provided a 1 yr warranty and they are efficient and professional. I am very pleased with them

I have used them for around three times, and after the first treatment, I was warned that maybe the treatment would need some follow up. He is very nice , very professional, and very timely. I have no complaint.

He did a great job, and filled out the VA forms we needed as well. You could really tell he knew what he was doing. I'm glad we called him out, even from so far away, and would recommend him to anyone. I haven't seen a termite since.
