    I believe I made the right choice with Larsen's. They followed through well, and the project was completed in a reasonable time frame. Quality is most important to me, and my pool shell is very thick concrete, well reinforced. The shell is much more robust than some others that I've seen. The finished product is very close to my initial vision, and I'm pleased with my pool. There were a few issues along the way, but that is to be expected with a fairly large project. All issues and concerns were handled to my satisfaction. I know there were material price increases between the time I signed my contract and the time the pool was constructed. There was no attempt to pass these price increases on to me. This shows integrity and commitment to honor the agreement. I rated professionalism as 'good' and not 'excellent' due to the actions of the subcontractor who installed my travertine pavers. I will not get into detail here, but Larsen's should find someone else to complete this work

    I'm so happy I chose to hire Larsen's pools for my new pool construction. I was hesitant to get into the process because I've heard so many horror stories with pool building projects, and I really wanted to avoid one of those situations. Eric, the owner of the company was very professional and he took the time to speak with me before I chose to work with them. He assured me that I would receive the highest quality in a timely manner, and that is exactly what I received. As soon as the permits were approved, the work was started. There was never a time when I had to wait around weeks and weeks for someone to come back and finish something or a delay in between stages of the work. They remained on their promised schedule, and even finished a little earlier than they originally told me. My project started at the end of December and was finished in the middle of March. Dan did a great job with my design and was always patient and took the time to make changes throughout the design process, the result was exactly what I wanted, the design and size of the pool is perfect. Reid did a great job of managing the project and was always a good communicator. He takes the time to listen to any questions, concerns or issues you may have and he will always do his best to make the clients as happy as possible throughout the process. Overall, the communication is great, the product is great, and I am very happy. I recommend Larsen's pools to anyone that wants a quality pool done the right way without all the aggravation!     In 2020, we began our research to find a pool company. We read lots of online reviews and made many phone calls to various pool companies in the Tampa Bay area. Many were swamped with the unprecedented increase of pool sales during COVID. With this in mind, many companies told us to call back in 4-6 months because they were at max capacity with current projects. Others told us that we could be “squeezed” in. When you are investing a large sum of money to have a pool built… let’s be honest you don’t want to be squeezed in or feel like you are just a number. Larsen’s Pool really stood out to us in regards to reviews through multiple websites. Our first call we were placed in contact with Eric (owner) to discuss our pool ideas, budget, etc. This was really helpful, not only were we having an honest conversation about timelines, overall process, construction, financing, and budget but I could tell that Eric really cared about his clients. The next step was a phone consultation with our designer, Jeff. After talking with us for 15 minutes, Jeff texted us a picture of a rough sketch of our pool design and he nailed it. The pool layout was not only functional, but he thought of little details that would make our pool design unique and something that we would enjoy. During construction, our project manager was Brooks. He was great with communication and ensuring that not only were we happy but that the quality of work being done was good. Within 3-4 months our pool was finished and the final punch list items were completed in a timely manner. The level of communication was impressive not only from the Larsen’s but also their subcontractors. Throughout the process any question or concern was always addressed and answered quickly. Even after the final payment was made! The passion and level of care that Larsen’s provides is evident and really makes them stand apart from the competition. Bottom line: highly recommended and would definitely use their services again

    Our swimming pool surface was over 20 years old and showing severe wear. I contacted Amazing Pools & Services and met with Jesus Lopez the Project Manager. Jesus explained step by step what was to be done to complete the project. We decided to accept Jesus' quote and have Amazing Pools do the resurfacing. Jesus brought tile samples and referred us to his stone supplier to pick out the travertine to be used to cap the spa. We were very excited to be able to pick out the tile and stone to be used on our project. The work began soon after and performed exactly as Jesus explained. Our team of workers included the Randy and his assistant who removed the existing fiberglass coating and installed the tile and travertine. We are especially happy with their work. The surfacing team came after the tiling was completed and applied the concrete / quartz mixture in one day. We picked blue quartz stone to be mixed with the concrete and are very happy with our choice. Amazing Pools & Services completed all work with outstanding quality and professional workmanship. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality new pool surface

    Quality is what it is really all about at the end. And Hollywood Pools does not disappoint. I bought a house with a lovely pool that passed inspection only to find that it had a major crack and was leaking. After speaking with several pool companies I chose Hollywood Pools mainly because I felt I could trust the owner, Ron. The finished project is gorgeous. They scraped the Fiberglas from the Gunite pool. Pegged the deck and repaired the cracks. Added a new surface and then put travertine decking all around. I changed it to salt water, added a heater and got a larger pump. It’s a brand new pool and fantastic!! It was a longer process than I expected but when I ran into a family deadline the company stepped up and got the job finished. The man that cut the new travertine deck was amazing. It was like a true old fashioned tile cutter at work. I highly recommend this company. But to be sure you understand the timing ask a lot of questions.     After meeting with many pool companies for estimates, I hired Ronny Snow's Pool Patrol to resurface my pool, upgrade my tile and replace my pool light. The sales associate, Jess, reviewed the options for my project in great detail and guided me through making decisions to aligned to my vision for the project. Once the project started, the resurface team was that took care of draining, prepping, and tiling the water line were amazing. They made sure that I was clear on every step of the process. They were all professional, informative, and left my lanai neat, clean and safe every day. I had one minor delay with the resurface team as some of the team members were out sick the day my surfacing was going to start. The lead came to my house to determine if he could do the work short staffed, and after a conversation, we decided that it was better to wait for the full staff because of the large size of my pool. This only set us back 2 days. The resurface team did an amazing job on the surface and working with me on placing the accent tiles for my stairs and swim shelf. After the pool was filled, Justin arrived for "fire up" and care instructions. Once again everything was explained with professionalism and detail. He has done a great job of taking care of the pool since then. Ronny clearly ensures that his teams are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and are focused on customer service and quality work. I have more than one property and have had to employ different contractors over the years. My experience with most of the folks doing construction has always been less than pleasant. Most of the time I regretted not going to law school just to deal with these people. Anyway, I found One Call on Angles List and for the first time ever, Will the owner of One Call made it as painless as was possible for me.
