"Richard and his entire team were great. We live in Tampa Heights so it was a struggle working with the review board and getting things in order. But Richard was flexible and as soon as permits went through his crew was ready the next day. We originally wanted to expand, but later opted to Remodel the bathroom and kitchen. The photos really don't do it justice. Because of the age of our house and the space constraints. There is no simple home project. Which is why we are glad we went with Richard and his team. Their experience truly made a difference and we will definitely be working with him in the future."
