At the Capital Remodel + Garden Show at Dulles Expo Center on February 24, Brent described Renken's services, offered a discount & scheduled a site visit. On March 1, Joe visited our home to discuss our project & gave us a proposal that we accepted. On March 31, Dan took measurements to order materials. On May 13-14, Mahadi did excellent work to remove the existing tub & tile, redo the plumbing & electrical & install a new 60" x 36" shower. It includes a Carrara marble wall system, 3 shelves, chrome fixtures, dual bypass doors & window frame. Renken was responsive to all our requests & we are very happy with the new shower."

Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

This was a big demo with a complete renovation of tub, tile flooring and removal of a wall partition. Ron sent me a quote within 3 days of my request, and had a contract ready when I agreed with the quote. I wish I could submit photos of the before and after, you will be amazed. "FANTASTIC WORK! Before we found Designer Lifestyles LLC our bathroom was a disaster... now it is beautiful! We had our bathtub/shower area tiled with 24"x24" porcelain tile to the ceiling, installed 18"x18" floor tile extending it into the closet area and added a rain shower.
If you need tile work done, ask for Ty! All the guys did a great job but Ty gave a meticulous attention to detail. Also, if you need orange peel matched, ask for Jordan.
The professional who came out to take measurements for our glass door install said the workmanship on the remodel is outstanding.
Great company. A couple of miscommunications but we were able to work through those just fine.
