Excellent company, excellent service, Quinn, an extremely nice guy, the co-owner walked me thru all the steps and kept me informed on everything including pictures. they went above and beyond and did an excellent job on a problem roof that had many issues from rotten wood to creating a peak with a slope for my flat roof over my garage so water would not puddle like before. custom flashing metal work and correcting the rusty nail problem using stainless steel nails. also included wind mitigation report to save me on insurance costs. All at a price that made me very happy. I highly recommend Peak Roofing and Quinn for all your roofing needs. They get the job done right as it should be for a very reasonable rate.

From the estimate to the completion of the job you couldnâ  t deal with a more professional company. You deal directly with the owner, Mike. Job was started quickly after after we signed the contract. His crew was very professional,and did a fabulous clean up job afterwards. Peak Roofing did a great job - would highly recommend them

Quinn was great to work with. Best price, quality work, showed up on time, completed the job when he said he would, and provided all the documentation for my insurance company within a day.

I learned what a Shiner is in the roofing industry thanks to this company. A shiner is a nail that didn;t go into the rafter, but right next to it leaving a shiny nail in the plywood. There are hundreds of these in my roof. This company quoted me a price, then 1/2 way through the install - I was told they needed $2000 worth of wood to finish the job. I don't know who messed up the quote so horrifically bad, but being off by $2000 is a hard pill to swallow. It took me several attempts to get the accounting for the extra wood, but without seeing him pick it up - that could have been included lumber for another job or 2. I was not happy in the end and would have went with a different company had they quoted it properly.

I live out of town and the roof I contracted to have installed was on a rental. Being at the mercy of the installer without the ability to monitor the project required me to deal with a company that is honest, reliable and caring. Quinn, Rachel and the install team were that and more. Their friendly personalities cemented the deal and I am very happy to have contracted with them. I would highly recommend Peak roofing and feel comfortable in doing so.

Quinn was not the lowest price that I had, but he did everything we wanted him to do and we were very satisfied with the value of his service and the fairness of added cost for wood replacement. We are considering him for the roof replacement on our personal home.

We recently hired Peak to replace the asphalt roof on our house and hangar. Mike and his team were outstanding from contract to completion. They were all professional, courteous and friendly. The pricing was right in line with other proposals. The materials and workmanship are top notch. Definitely a company with true integrity. Peak made a task that we've dreaded into a pleasant experience.

Peak did an outstanding job replacing my roof.

Joe and Ray were great to deal with. We have two valleys on the front of our house that were poorly designed. On top of that, the original roofers that installed the roof, did a crappy job flashing around this valley and the stone that is next to it . This caused it to have leaks in our garage and master shower during hard rains. We had several companies come out to look at it, but none wanted to offer any real solution. Joe and Ray came out and gave their opinion on what needed to be done, which I was very happy with. We hired Joe and Ray and they took care of our issue. Since they fixed our roof, we have had hard rains but no leaks. They are very nice guys and Joe communicated throughout the entire process. He also followed up with us after the job was completed to make sure the issue was fixed. Thank you Joe and Ray!

I contacted Home Advisor to get a list of reliable roofers to replace a 30 year old roof on my home in Jacksonville FL. Based on an over the phone interview and a reasonable quote, I selected Peak Roofing and Construction. I couldn't have been more satisfied for the work that was done. It rained off and on during the project but that was no deterrent in getting the job completed in the timeframe estimated. I couldn't have been more satisfied. I'll be calling on Mike in the future for future projects I need. I give Mike 5 stars for his commitment to the customer.

After meeting with Mike Holeva our decision to hire Peak Roofing was pretty much a no-brainer. Mike is a man of his word! Peak delivered on every promise! We are absolutely satisfied with the workmanship, the timely removal of the old roof and installation of the new, the clean-up process ... everything! I cannot say enough about Mike and his team. Our roof is beautiful!
