Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. His crew (Chad & Josh) are outstanding, nice guys, who speak English (their first language) and everybody was professional, reliable and quality work was done as planned. Same with the chain link guy. Very nice gentleman. Everybody speaks English. In So FL that’s getting rare. Don’t go with the cheapest estimate. You really do get what you pay for in this business.
