I lnow that isn't long, but I am a quick study, and i jave learned a great deal in that time. I work for a smal General Contractor. Yet, in the tgree years i jave been there I have moved up to being a lead on our jobsites with a couple guys under me. I have a great work ethic and attention to detail. I always keep a tidy workspace. Some of my stronger areas are carpentry: framing, baseboards, casing, crown moldings, formeork, etc. Also, concrete: forming, pouring, altering/patching, shower pans etc. I am also getting pretty good at dhanging drywall. "Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.

"Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. Dan went above and beyond to help me with issues that arose during the project (i.e. exchanging a damaged bathroom vanity and minor retro fitting to old plumbing). Thank you again Dan for everything!
