"They were super responsive. I needed two ceiling fans installed and two dimmer switches. Another vendor wanted to come out to quote. Seems like a simple job and unnecessary to come out to quote it. Cardinal made an appt. with me for the next day with a fair hourly rate. They told me the two fans would take about an hour an a half, and he'd throw in the two dimmer switches.
