"I contacted Jerry for an emergency carpet removal due to flooding, with resultant black mold, and he came the next day and uninstalled the carpet in 3 bedrooms and also treated/removed the black mold so it wouldn't spread. He installed LVP flooring, absolutely outstanding, as well as fixed a severely urgent foundational issue, sealed persistently leaking French doors, removed and replaced compromised drywall, removed and replaced several cracked floor tiles (versus tearing and replacing all the tiles in the entire living room and kitchen!), did some electrical work and rewiring, removed and redid a bathroom vanity and backsplash, sanded and repainted the walls in 3 bedrooms, as well as countless other jobs that arose.
