Christopher and Danial delivered and installed a new large (48" wide X 84" high), side-by-side Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. They were highly professional, talented & polite; I enjoyed talking with them. They knew what they were doing and explained key features to me. They also disconnected and removed my 20-year old Sub-Zero of the same size. They cleaned up after themselves -- there was absolutely no mess after installation.

Kevin was very rude in the office and unprofessional. Customer satisfaction is the lifeblood of any business and he doesn't have any customer service skills. He also only cares about making money not making sure the job is complete.

Installer arrived during the scheduled window, installed the OTR microwave, tested the appliance, removed all protective packing film, removed all packaging materials and left us with a ready to use appliance. Start to finish was about 30 minutes. Installer was very personable and respectful. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

Everything was explained to me. The who what when where and why. As Kevin was explaining to me the way this worked I was thinking what the hell. He must have picked up on it because he broke it down even further. His guys were VERY nice everyone looked clean. Polo style shirts with there names on them. Very professional. Made sure I was happy with everything guaranteed his work. Everything was included in the price.

Our experience with Kevin and Josh was awesome from beginning to end. Kevin spent lots of time advising us over the phone on 2 separate occasions, prior to Josh coming out to the do the work. Josh went above and beyond to mount our tv, hook up our sound-bar, set up Nest thermostat and home security system. He also recognized that the wi-fi was not quite getting the job done on the smart tv and then spent more time hooking up the television to ethernet, which meant more digging in the walls. Professional, courteous and awesome from beginning to end. Will definitely call them for our next job!
