504 The tech came out and tried to get my unit working. She said she tried to vacuum out the line but it was solid and would need a chemical treatment, at $450 and the moisture switch needed to be redone with a 90 degree fitting for another $300. When all was done my bill would have been $1490....

"Horrible place ... Spent 500 to them to fix one problem and after they came I had more problems to fix.... I tried telling the. For months it was something they did... They then told me no it wasn't then and something magically broke when they fixed the other issue... Telling me I needed to spend another 500 to fix a broken piece... And they never actually looking inside to find the problem ... Just said they knew what it was... So a month later I smelled burning from my dryer .. almost on fire at that point because they put belt on wrong pulley... Dangerous .. could've burned house down if I hadn't caught the smell in living room before going to lay down..... After I got belt fixed by other company .. another 200 plus dollars they created ... I called and told them the issue they caused... They denied it. Like in the past ., and said nope we didn't do it.... And refused to stand by their work and honor the fact they made a mistake... The Russian guys that did the work were very smug and spoke in Russian the entire time doing the work so I had no idea what they were saying .. and I have no issues with anyone .. but it made me feel like there was a reason they were not speaking so I could understand them . Bc they spoke English fine when I asked something ... Had this all not have happened I wouldn't even bring it up ... I just don't want anyone to go through what I went through... I couldn't dry clothes at night bc my sister couldn't sleep bc of the screeching noise it made after they replaced the element .... RUN THE OTHER WAY"

"The power head on my 20+ year old Aerus vacuum broke. I called Aerus of Orlando. A real person answered the phone. I explained the issue and he told me what I needed and the cost. Very reasonable price. When Donald arrived , he was on time and pleasant. I He got right to work fixing the original problem. I had forgotten to mention another issue. He immediately said he would look at it. I am sure glad I asked. I am very glad I asked. He took it apart and the inside was not good. The encasing around the motor was all broken into big and little pieces. Not safe at all. No telling when there would have been a fire. I purchased a new vacuum from Donald. After having the other one for over 20 years, I felt it was a good product for the price. He put it together and explained all the bells and whistles. I would recommend this business and Donald A Martin Sr. to all."

He said he'd replaced 2 items (temperature sensor and thermostat), charged us $377.48 via Zelle, and told us fridge should be working in 24 hours. Over 48 hours later fridge still wasn't working. Tried contacting him again for 2 days. 48 hours later he texted and said he'd ordered a new part and would be in touch with us to fix the fridge when the new part came in. He ghosted us. He had our phone number and the tenant's phone number. After several attempts to contact him none of us have ever heard from him again. We were left with a broken fridge and out $377.48!!!! SCAM! His receipt states "90 days parts & labor". I tried contacting him again about this and have had no reply. DO NOT USE CHARLES BUTLER! SCAM ALERT!"
