"This customer rated our work a 5. He was extremely pleased with our work. We had 1 small task to complete and we completed it. At this time the customer asked the technician to do something extra, which was not in the original work plan. It could not be completed because it was out of the scope of our work. The customer was disappointed and changed his review. FGS always tries to work with the customers as you can see from our previous reviews."
