"Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work. They answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I google everything people tell me on my cell phone. They unclogged my main line through the roof vent in less than an hour so that I could get to work on time. They were also personable but professional. "Frank was prompt , courteous and took off his shoes when entering the house. Frank was very personable and you can tell was concerned about doing a good job. The original reason I called him out was that my sump pump was running more often than normal due to a leak. I thought the leak was from outside. Frank found was the toilet in the basement that was causing the issue.
Frank also took the time at the end to give me advice on a DIY project I am going to tackle soon. Frank is definitely worth calling and I have added to my favorites on Angie's list.
