This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. "Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work. They answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I google everything people tell me on my cell phone. They unclogged my main line through the roof vent in less than an hour so that I could get to work on time. They were also personable but professional. I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. We will be using them again to install a clean out to our main line.
