"I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install"

One sprinkler head that they didn't replace started to work but eventually is now not working but otherwise I love the job he did. However. Only complaint I had was delays which were not the company's fault but was tied up at the house due to not communicating back ups due to weather and homeowner add on to existing job causing delays and I knew that was the case I just wanted a call to confirm so I could have planned my days better but I loved his knowledge and blue collar work ethic and will definitely use this company again."

After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. This resulted in a plumbing bill of $975 to flush my entire house and remove the sediment. I still need to replace an entire shower plate (Smitty plate) that will likely cost another $500. It is true that my filter was installed wrong to begin with, but that’s the way it was when I bought the house. Just the same, I expect a professional to check this because I am not the expert."
