One sprinkler head that they didn't replace started to work but eventually is now not working but otherwise I love the job he did. However. Only complaint I had was delays which were not the company's fault but was tied up at the house due to not communicating back ups due to weather and homeowner add on to existing job causing delays and I knew that was the case I just wanted a call to confirm so I could have planned my days better but I loved his knowledge and blue collar work ethic and will definitely use this company again."

"We moved into our house recently and needed more storage space in the garage.  We wanted to have storage shelves/cabinets with sliding doors installed.  We contacted John for an estimate.  He called us back promptly and came out the next day to discuss what we wanted.  He called us with an estimate a few days later.    We then priced pre-made standalone cabinets and they would have cost more and would not have exactly met our specifications. We decided to use John and a start date was scheduled.  They showed up on time every day.   Workmanship is excellent and to our specifications.  Quality is excellent.  Work was finished on time, as promised.  Finished cabinets are ABOVE our expectations.  Very neat....they cleaned up every day after they finished working.  After finishing the custom cabinets they hung two store purchased pre-made cabinets in the laundry room and that job was excellent as well.  Very professional, friendly, and personable.  We are very happy with the work done and will DEFINITELY hire again.

"Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. When I told them that the other company I called was going to charge me a little less for the work they price matched! Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work. They answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I google everything people tell me on my cell phone. They unclogged my main line through the roof vent in less than an hour so that I could get to work on time. They were also personable but professional. I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. We will be using them again to install a clean out to our main line.
