He then crawled under the house and evaluated it--extensive explanation, pictures, and plan. James made sure I understood the plan, the timeline, and the finances. I signed up and soon there was a crew--Jeff, Kyle, Andrew and William did the encapsulation for moisture mitigation and once again were very professional and thorough, making sure I understood what was happening when.
