"We hired John to add a Garage to our approximately 90 year house and renovate the rear bedroom and porch into a modern master bedroom. Upgrades accomplished beyond the new garage included demolition of the existing porch, rebuilding the rear of the house where the porch was demolished, new electrical service, relocation and expansion of the existing air conditioning, upgrade to the plumbing system and modern master bathroom.We used a cost plus contract which allowed us to work with John throughout the project to maintain our budget and even add a few additional items.
