Pura Vida always does an outstanding job. The day they come to my house is inevitably the best day of the week because I come home to an emasculate house that smells wonderful and is clean through and through - even under couches and in the microwave! They also did a deep clean of my couches - and they are now like new!

From the very first interaction I had with Paola, to when the team left my house, I was nothing but impressed. Thorough is an understatement!! They even dusted all of my Legos!!! WHAT???? I literally would have paid double what I actually paid had I known it was going to be this good. Not that my opinion matters. It was my bride's opinion that truly counted. Well, first off I will like to tell you that I own many Airbnb‘s that are rented out on a seven day basis and have not had openings for many years so with that being said Cleaning is extremely important to my business. In the hospitality business, your brand is based solely on cleanliness, and this particular cleaning company has that as their number one priority. The second most important thing is communication in a timely manner. Usually if you have a problem or an issue, they contact you within minutes.I also will tell you that I’ve been in this rental business for over 20 years. I have seen many Cleaning outfits come and go. So many Cleaning company start off really good but after a while, they end up like all the rest really bad. On the other hand this cleaning service is the best that I’ve ever been introduced to and highly recommend them to other people. I’ve had them working for me for years now they do an excellent job weekend and week out. They also do extra things such as cleaning behind refrigerators behind beds behind furniture under furniture, closet, and kitchen cabinets. Another example would be them putting supplies away in the supplies closet, and keeping it arranged in a manner where you know how many rows of toilet paper and towels you have on a weekly basis. This helps you keep more control over all of your inventory and they know that. I will also tell you that they are very fair priced and do quality work. I will tell you that I do not live in the state where my Airbnb‘s are being cleaned so they are extremely responsible for letting me know and taking care of any other problems that may come upI cannot say enough about this service. The care the cleaners take and communication from Kellen make us feel so cared for. We would have them weekly if it were in our budget! 2 ladies came each time and they went right to work. Did an excellent job cleaning kitchen cabinets, Countertops, floors, bathrooms. Everything looks sparkling clean when they left.

We had Pure Vida clean our lanai sofa and barstools. The sofa is incredible, looks new again!! She got all the stains out from 8 years of use!! Although the barstools were a challenge, Paola made them look awesome again! I highly recommend this company, they are prompt, professional, and get the job done!

Oh. My. Stars!!! In my 72 years I've had a number of cleaners come to my home. When I say that these two angels were beyond excellent at what they do, I mean they were ten star, triple-A above and beyond anything I've ever had before. They were professional but personable, sweet, helpful and delightful to have in my home. The house actually SPARKLED when they were done. I thought Mary Poppins and her sister had graced my home! They are very reasonably priced at twice the price anyone else would have charged. Their attention to detail was simply stellar. I don’t write reviews too often because most people these days seem to be pretty wishy-washy about what they’re doing is a job and customer service tends to be in the take from what I found this case I would recommend these two ladies any day of the week for anything you may need for them to do. They are confident, they are quick. They are fair and they will leave you with the best feeling of a job well done. call them. You will not be disappointed and I dare say you will thank me later.
