They will hire to redo the kitchen cabinets they did it awful job they wasn't on time the work is shabby the painting was awful I wouldn't recommend them to nobody don't call them save your money because it's a rip off

I used this company several times. Initially they were very good. As the company grew they became less and less reliable - avoiding calls, taking forever to finish jobs, and performing low quality work. One of the last jobs that I had them do is retire my entire 5000 sq foot house. After a short period of time I noticed that many tiles were loose and moved when you walked on them and grout between tiles was constantly disappearing.. Eventually tiles started breaking with very little impact. Semir sent crew to fix multiple times using up boxes and boxes of extra tile while job was looking messier and messy. Eventually I hired someone else who discovered that tiles were installed incorrectly and were hollow underneath. The thinset was placed in 9 pikes under each tile instead of spread evenly. And tile could be removed in whole pieces. Multiple people including a home inspection company recommended tile be ripped out complete. Semir denied having any insurance to pay for the damage done to my house. All tile needs to be ripped out and reinstalled. Unfortunately before realizing this tile was a hack job I recommended this company to several friends who eventually had problems a well.

I have worked with Property Tech Solutions since 2019 Mang over 20 rental properties with no shortage of different projects to complete I highly recommend them for any remolding projects they provided quality work great prices and professional workmanship.

I hired this company to deal with issues with my shed leaking when it rained. They partially finished part of it, put in an attic fan and also put a kiln hood in for me for my hobbies. They did good work to a certain extent, but there were issues that they never resolved. First, they used an interior door on the outside of the shed, which resulted in warping. Also, they did not do some of the electrical work up to code. Also water ended up leaking through the attic fan, because there was a missing flange that went with it that they did not install. I had them come back a few times and they improved the situation each time, but after a certain point, they simply disappeared and stopped communicating. After they stopped responding to phone calls, texts, and emails, I had not choice but to file a credit card dispute. I have no idea if something happened to them, or if they're just ignoring me on purpose. Despite doing some good work on parts of the project, I would not hire them for this reason.

They are the best! I had to repair a floor truss. Semir was innovative in coming up with a solution to repair the floor truss. He followed the instructions in the engineering drawing and was able to repair the truss without removing the ceiling to get to it. Very professional and cleaned up after they left. If you need a solution talk to Semir. I would hire them again! Thank you.

PTS built a screened in patio for us 16x24. They did everything from start to finish, from pouring the slab to the last finishing touch, we did have a hickup on schedule due to back order on screen doors we ordered. They did a great job , everything was done by them , no subcontractors involved

Completed: re-fabricated old tongue and groove ceiling tile to repair damaged tiles; re- plumbed late 50s house; added blow-in insulation to attic; painted ceiling tiles; painted interior of home; sanded, re-stained and applied polyurethane to exterior wood door; installed new electrical outlet and closet LED fixture; installed ceiling fan and applied epoxy to damaged bathroom tile. Finished a long To Do list for me. Excellent communication regarding project expectations, time of arrival as well as progress. Willingly answers questions and explains what needs to be done. What was best for me is Semir’s ability to do many repairs in a sensible sequence without subcontractors. He also pays attention to details. His employees are great. I will always hire him for future work. Highly recommend.

Skilled levels are lacking

I hired PTS to pressure wash the exterior as well as paint the interior and exterior. They did an excellent job and the team was great to work with. I really appreciated the daily recaps. They did a great job at cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely hire the again.
