I had a couple of bids, and Lance's wasn't the lowest, but as we walked through my unit and he heard what my needs were (painting throughout, some drywall patching in a few places, etc.), he expanded the proposal to include not only the ceiling scrape, retexture, and paint, but all walls, too.
