Davis and Davis did an absolutely amazing job on removing popcorn ceilings from our 1930s home! Danielle and her husband did such a good job that our general contractor tried to hire them. I am so sad that they are moving to Florida because everyone I know would have their ceilings refinished. They were incredibly flexible and easy going. Their prices were very reasonable, once the ceilings were done they were also able to help us with painting on very short notice. 11 out of 10 would recommend to all of my friends and family. Hard workers that left the project in a finish condition that was better than we expected.

From getting a quote to completing the job Danielle and Tommy of Davis & Davis Construction were very professional. Communication and customer service were excellent. Daily reports of progress were communicated as the ceiling in my condo was made totally popcorn free. The job itself was done beautifully especially with the challenge of a very high vaulted ceiling in my kitchen. In addition they are a quality family operation both trustworthy and dependable.

Danielle and Tim are wonderful to work with. They are great people; very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Danielle removed and repaired popcorn ceilings in our entire home (7 rooms) and was spot on with schedule. They provided detailed information of the process involved and I was pleasantly surprised at the timing and clean up each day. Pricing was excellent and I would highly recommend them regardless of what they are hired to do giving them 5 stars, hands down!!

I cannot praise Davis & Davis enough! I had water damage in the ceiling in my dining room from the bathroom above it. The popcorn ceiling pealed off the ceiling revealing damage to the plaster above. It was awful. After finding D&D on Angi’s I am so pleased to say they were wonderful. Danielle was helpful, and extremely responsive. We were able to schedule the repair within 2 weeks! Tommy came to the condo on time and started working immediately. The project lasted 2 days, and after it was completed, my dining room looked better than when I first got the condo! And so clean! My dining room looked cleaner than when they started the job! Each day Tommy cleaned up all materials and the room was completely useful the entire time. I would recommend Davis & Davis to anyone, and I already have! I have told also my friends, and all the folks I play pickleball with! Not only were they professional, and clean, they were extremely reasonable priced. The project cost well within budget!

My wife and I had hired Davis and Davis Construction after reading a number of great reviews. We received quotes from a number of other companies, but not only was their quote the lowest but Danielle's presentation on how they work and how we would need to prepare was easy to follow and took much of the stress out of our project. Danielle and Tommy were a pleasure to work with and left our home as clean as possible each day before leaving. The final result is that our 36 year home looks brand new! Tommy and Danielle did a beautiful job plastering and painting my historic home allowing us to keep the charm of traditional plaster. They repaired the ceiling and walls of an entryway and living room as well as our spare guest room and main bedroom. They fit me into their busy schedule and got the job done working through a weekend. They are very friendly and helpful with suggestions for repairs. I would have them back in a second for other projects.

I had a kitchen ceiling replastered, painted and overhead lights installed and Danielle and Tommy did an excellent job. They responded to my service inquiry within hours, came to the house and gave me a quote the very next day. Their price was fair, so once I sent them the deposit they began the work within 48 hours. They completed the job professionally, on time and as promised. They did a great job communicating with me every step of the way, they were pleasant, cleaned up after themselves, and did excellent workmanship. The kitchen looks better than ever now, thanks to them! I?m 100% satisfied.

We have a very old home, around 95 yrs . Our walls are plaster not sheet rock. They knew how to patch it properly. She then sanded it and painted. It looks amazing. Danielle is a very pleasant person to work with. When she told us the time she would arrive, she was there. Her work is top notch. I highly recommend her and the company.

A really nice and easy to work with couple. They did a great job at a reasonable rate. We didnâ t have to move a piece of furniture or lift a finger. And the rooms they worked on were cleaner after they were done. Would re-hire them in a heartbeat.

The sheetrock in the cathedral ceiling in our living room had a crack and over time spread and needed to be repaired. We contacted a couple of companies for quotes. The first company wanted to rip out the entire ceiling and install new sheetrock. Danielle came in and said â I can repair that. The rest of the sheetrock is perfectly fineâ . Her confidence won us over and she did not disappoint. She repaired and skim coated the entire ceiling. We also had her skim coat the ceiling in the kitchen and dining room. Everything looks fantastic! She is great to work with and her work is great! She is meticulous, a really hard worker and I would absolutely hire her again!

Davis and Davis did an exceptional job on our ceilings. The 3 rooms they worked on look so much better than the previous heavy popcorn that was applied when the house was built. The quality of their workmanship is second to none. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I never felt I was being taken advantage of when it came to the quote they provided. They were very responsive and communication was very timely. I never had any problem/delay to get a question answered or when looking for a clarification. Davis and Davis did exactly what they quoted in the time frame they estimated. They are a professional organization and stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them.
