Andy did a fast and excellent Job the cleaning and professionalism was 5 Stars. He repaired all the drywall in my bathroom due to a leak and it looks like new now . I recommend him 100 percent

Andy, and his crew did a few jobs for me. Floors, painting and a barn door. When they painted they didn’t sand down the blemishes that were there before. When I asked why? They said that would’ve been extra. So now my master room is painted w the raised patches of where the painter before tried to fix. The barn door cost $350 to put together and up and it’s still not up. I stopped working w him and I had to pay someone else to put it up. We spent thousands w him and the last thing was the barn door so disappointed.

Otero and crew did an excellent job building out my garage shell into a beautiful interior space. They show up on time, are polite and respectful, and I thought the price was very fair. Highly recommended.

Otero All Remodeling LLC quit in the middle of the job. Otero All Remodeling LLC left work uncompleted. Otero All Remodeling LLC promised to come back and canceled 2 times. He called and said he had a family emergency on October 31, 2022, and would not be working until that was resolved. He is at a new client location this morning working. He was paid in full for services he didn't complete. Please do not give him any money until all the work is completed. If he has to purchase supplies, go with him so you have a receipt. Do not trust anything he says! He lied to a retired Veterans face! He took our money and didn't complete the work.

After days of reperching the internet for a Competent and Reliable Contractor, I contacted Otero All Remodeling for a price quote and availability. Andiel promptly took my call and unlike others, actually appeared interested in wanting the job. Furthermore, his availability worked well with my stringent schedule. Andiel and his crew arrived on time the day scheduled and immediately got to work on reassessing the job and completing the job as contracted. Andiel remained focused throughout the day and completed the entire drywall ceiling and resurfacing well within a reasonable time frame. Based on the quality of work, I further inquired on his expertise in installing laminate flooring and hired him to return the following day for phase two of the room project, the flooring. Andiel and Otero All Remodeling is by far a 5 Star Operation. His level of professionalism and quality of workmanship is outstanding and a rarity seldom found in hiring contractors here in Florida. His pricing is competitive, yet fair, and worthy of the work performed. I will be rehiring Andiel in the future for further home projects and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for Home Remodeling and Renovbation Needs.

Otero Remodeling did amazing work to remodel our kitchen after some failed DIY. They installed a new sink, tile backsplash, and microwave. Andie also repaired the wall and popcorn ceiling, painted and we are so happy with the results and reasonable cost! Timely and skilled, the work was finished with great care. I would happily recommend this company for remodeling your home.

They showed up on time, installed plywood in the attic, covered everything, fixed the ceiling, mopped the garage floor, cleaned up and moved whatever they needed to move back. It was fast, easy and it looks like it never happened.

Based on previous wonderful reviews we hired Andy to repair our cracked cathedral ceiling. Andy was knowledgeable about the problem and got to work quickly and efficiently. Beautiful job! We then had him replace grout in our bathroom. Again beautiful job! Would definitely hire again. Thank you!

I have waited a while to give my review. Otero All Remodeling is the best handyman services we have used in Tampa. When we first moved here, it was hard to find a good handyman. We have now used Andy exclusively for 2 years. He goes above and beyond in every project we give him and is worth whatever he charges on a project. He is very professional and has pride in his work. We would recommend him to anyone looks for home repairs, painting, drywall, and other projects.

They were very responsive and knowledgeable of the work. They repaired the cracks, re-textured and painted. The results were amazing.

Andi was fast, efficient, reliable, affordable and clean. He initially came over to fix 3 different areas in my ceiling but he was doing so well I asked him about a separate outside project and we decided to add it on. I would highly recommend Andi to anyone for not just drywall but many other things. You can tell he knows what he is doing by how quickly he can tackle a job.
