Flow solutions gave me a fair and competitive estimate directly over the phone for my new water heater installation. While on site, the plumbers gave me an overview of the project and listened to my concerns. They were prompt, professional, and respectful to me and my property. I'm very pleased with their work.

Zef, is a truly amazing person. He did my inspection when I first bought my house. Heâ s a truly memorable person. One of those people, who you know are one of the good ones. I had a leak in my plumbing and called a random plumbing company I found on Google close by. It happened to be Zef. Him and his staff did an amazing job. Completely installed new piping through the entire house. My old ac system went out and without hesitation I reached out to Zef. His crew, is young, respectful, and detail oriented. All of which makes a superior team. Zef makes his client and your decisions feel like you are trusting family. Linda his wife is an absolute sweetheart who heads the office and admin. Very blessed to have this contact as a go to for any ac/plumbing issues I ever have.

I can't recommend this company enough. After being badly treated by another company, they came the same day I called, came back a second day when the problem persisted and stuck with until the problem was fixed. Pricing for the entire job was more than reasonable.

Zef and his coworkers were honest, hard working. They showed up when they told us they would. Worked quickly, without a mess. After quick installation, they gave thorough instructions on the new Carrier central air system.

My air conditioning unit was repaired by Flow Solutions, but it was out of order after 1 week later. Therefore, I decided to hire another air conditioning company and I paid them to install a brand new A/C unit based on their professional advice.

WE THOUGHT TH LEAK WAS FROM THE SHOWER BUT THE PLUMBER DEDUCED IT WAS UNDER THE TOILET PEDESTAL

The company contacted me almost immediately and arranged a date and time to review my problem. They showed up on time and located the source of my leak and resolved the problem in less than an hour for a very reasonable charge.

The repair was finished quickly with no mess. The cost seemed reasonable, however, I didn't receive an invoice or receipt, I would hire them again.

The project was simple. Replace a faucet. They responded quickly, didn't try to "overstate" the project, called before arrival, worked efficiently, finished, cleaned up and departed. Very professional. No more than 1/2 hour We would use them again.

I called this plumbing company on a Saturday and Zef, the owner, and his employee installed our water heater that afternoon. They were polite and gave us excellent service. In fact, they picked up the water heater from Sears for us. I call that great customer service and will use them in the future.

I called in the morning, they were at my home in the afternoon. It took them a little over an hour to replace my water heater with a new one, and 10 minutes after they left I had hot water. Would call them again.
