"The biggest issue was the company owner Vlad recommended to install carpet underlay, something I did not intent to have due to location...after he was finished he informed me that he had ran out so a 4 foot×4foot section on the upper corner has an indentation in it. I did tell him that he should have informed me to give me the option of buying some instead of just letting me know after the fact.Besides that he came timely and did the task timely."
