I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. I could not be happier with the work that was done to my kitchen, the quality of work is exceptional, the professionalism at which Jeff and the company demonstrates adds to the overall quality of the work. "I cannot put into words how happy we are. We have been told so many times there was no way for us to use our existing structure for this purpose. Turns out.. we have the screen in porch of our dreams thanks to Mr Pro Home Improvement. He came to make an estimate on Wednesday, started the job on Friday, and finished the job on Monday. He worked quickly and did a beautiful job. He is professional and personable and this was an all around awesome experience. He will be my first phone call if I ever have another project."

"I want to share my experience with Ambry Design for a custom closet. It was a flawless and professional process beginning with the Design Consultant, Dave Cousineau, and ending with the installer, Matthew Ridgeway. When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. We could not have had a more positive experience from beginning to end and the closet is more beautiful than I expected."

"Schoeman Construction remodeled our bathroom 3 years ago. Our bathroom turned out magnificently with an extra-large walk-in white and gray shower, off-set by beautiful hand-crafted gray bathroom cabinets. So when we decided to remodel our kitchen, Schoeman Construction was the only contractor we considered. We knew we would receive the highest quality workmanship from a dependable, family-owned, trustworthy company. From the beginning to the end of our kitchen remodel, we were updated on the work completed that day, provided projected plans for the following day, and given time for questions and answers. Based on their many years of experience, Hennie and sons Abel and Hennie Jr., had a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I was reluctant to give up my tiered countertop for a flat countertop. Hennie Sr. discussed the differences in appearance, size, and functionality between the tiered and flat designs. I was so happy that I chose the flat countertop. It gave me more counter space, enhanced the kitchen size, and accentuated the entire kitchen. Our kitchen had a small, odd shaped area that we were at a loss on how to adapt to our new kitchen. Abel had exceptional creativity and design skills. He created an eye-catching nook that provided extra counter space and a unique upper shelf with under the shelf lighting. The nook fit perfectly and gave the impression that it was planned in the original design. We were totally pleased with our kitchen and will choose Schoeman Construction for any future remodeling plans. We highly recommend Hennie and sons for your next home remodeling project."

"Janos is a true artist! I have hired him to refinish and repair floors in two different 1920’s homes and they both turned out absolutely beautiful! He was able to replace pieces of the damaged floor and blend it in to the original so that it is seamless. He brought new life back into those original wood floors and they look incredible. He pays attention to every detail and communicates every concern / question / etc. to make sure that everything was exactly as I wanted. I would recommend him in a heartbeat! And if I ever need more work done, he will be my first call!"
