Jeff was excellent at suggesting improvements to our bathroom shower, entrance and new vanity and cabinets. He offered excellent contractors that we used for new granite countertops for kitchen and bath areas. He also met us at Floor and Decor store and assisted our selection of new bathroom tile and flooring that was used to replace our ugly old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway areas. Contractor coordinated scheduling of tile, cabinet, plumbing and countertop installations with all sub contractors selected for our project. We are extremely happy with the results of their work!"

"Eric (the owner) and his crew were complete professional. Omundsen construction corp went above and beyond of what we originally agreed upon. Several times during the project I made changes to what was agreed upon, and Eric always told me no problem. Eric and his crew did what they said they were going to do and more, all while never cutting corners. They showed up to work every day on time, and they got the job done leaving my house better then what it was. Eric was not only my contractor, but became my friend. "I will start with the initial meeting and the permitting process. Bryan took over for a previously fired GC and got right to business. We started off fairly well as the main slab, framers and roofers did a proficient job. We had some issues with water intrusion during rain storms that were not addressed after several texts asking for help to keep the rain from leaking into the main house. From this point it just seemed like the communication completely broke down between Brian communicating his game plans with us and getting his contractors to show up. Addressing our concerns as the customer was became obvious that it was of no importance. We had to become our own project managers as Bryan was seldom on site. If we could get contractors on site 3 days a week and 4-5hrs a day that would be a good week. Deficiencies were half way addressed or not at all. Blue tape would be removed but touch-up work left undone. Very frustrating and disappointing as we started off well. Just my overall."
