They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"I would give these folks twenty stars if I could. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. It is priceless and I am forever grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend you call them for any clogging disruption you are experiencing in your home. You will be so happy you did."

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him."

"I got duped by these people. I got a call from a guy named Rico (?Rigo?) who told me that the monitoring system was reporting an error that, if not fixed in short order, would result in the cancellation of my warranty. I thought that this was a little odd because the app I use to monitor my system showed no problems. Still, I agreed to have a technician come out to take a look. An inspection, repair, and panel cleaning were promised. When the technician came out, he spent at most 10 minutes on the roof. He told my wife that he found no problems. The only panel that needed cleaning had some leaves on it that he swept off with his foot. For that, I was charged $1260. I called to complain, but Rico was unbudging. I'm not sure what happened. When this company installed my solar several years ago, they were competent and professional. Not any more. Avoid these scammers like the plague!"

"The owner’s son came to my house at the request of my landlord to replumb my toilet and shower. The work wasn’t performed as directed by the contractor performing the remodel. The plumber tied the sink drain into the toilet waste in the wrong location. Now the plumbing is set in concrete and the measurements of the shower has to be altered as a result of the plumber’s work. After the plumber left the job I noticed his mess he left inside and outside my house. The old plumbing parts was cast aside in my yard and I had to shovel up 15 gallons of busted up concrete out of my house that the plumber left . I contacted Ken, the owner of Plumbing Now and the father of the plumber that did the work, about the mess his plumber (son) left in my house. He told me that this was standard practice in the construction business. It was then that I informed Ken that I’ve been in the construction business myself since 1989 and what he was telling me was not standard practice in the industry nor was it a part of construction etiquette. I told him that it is never okay or proper to leave a mess or garbage behind in a customer’s house. Ken immediately became belligerent with me over the phone and told me that I needed to stop talking. On a separate matter I’m taking up with the local Sheriff concerns the plumber threatening to take my dog. The plumber also made me feel uncomfortable when he continued to ask about “my stuff “. Several times he mentioned that I have a lot of stuff and “what was I doing with this stuff”. Later my landlord told me that he asked him privately on three separate occasions about “all my stuff “. The Sheriff’s department is currently looking into this matter and is communicating with the neighboring counties about this plumber. The plumber and everyone associated with Plumbing Now is no longer allowed on the property. What has this country come to when a man’s dog is no longer safe?"
