I called and they came out the same day [19 April 2016] to take a look at what needed to be done to repair the well to make it operate better. I was advised that the original well provider had "telescoped" the well from a 4 inch down to a 3 inch and so when the power came on the pvc pipe moved thus also sucking up limerock with the water and clogging up the lines to my gas powered on demand hot water heater . Got an estimate and was emailed specifics the very same day with final cost. On 20 April 2016, the guys, Kevin and the other guy whose name I didn't catch, did a wonderful job and charged a total of $829.50 with the extra piece they needed. They were very professional, nice and worked quickly to stabilize the pipeline. They also took the time to show me how to flush and clean out the newly installed sand trap. Am now a happy camper and even the water pressure inside the home has improved. Will use Roundman Pump Repair Well Drilling for all my future needs. A+ service.
