"Only did about one third of the work- could not complete without me signing a waiver relieving them of any damage done to my pool surface. This was not mentioned until after approximately one third or less of the work was completed. Management was condescending and unwilling to negotiate as they wanted half of the contracted money and barely completed one third of the contract. None of the issues we hired them to correct were fixed and I have zero confidence the pool deck is actually stabilized as they claim since the technician stated to me the day he was there that he could not complete stabilization without injecting more foam which he could not do without possibly damaging the surface of my pool. After paying them more than $3,200.00 it looks worse than it did before they showed up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

"Jake Hammond of STORMTECH Shutters was very prompt to our request for installation of Accordian Shutters in our house during middle of the Hurricane season. He gave us a very quick detailed quote in writing. His price was very compatitive. On my request they finished the job much earlier than I expected. His installers were two very efficient young guys who finished the job in less than 4 hours and left the place very clean. The SHUTTERS look very good. We could not have expected better service. We would RECOMMEND them to any one."

Drew & Julia drove over an hour to inspect our garage so they were able to give a fair and honest quote, got us scheduled in a timely manner, and followed through with quality work. "This job was done in February 2017. I just discovered I never finished writing the review. So here it is 3 years later. First, doing this review now lets me tell you that our new metal roof made it through Hurricane Michael with flying colors. We had other storm damage ($25,000 worth) but the roof did fine. The job was done on schedule though interrupted by two afternoon heavy rain events. First class installation by a team that showed up on-time each morning, worked hard and got along well together. They were proud of their work and and cleaned up the site when done even using a magnetic sweeper to lift any roofing nails that might have fallen. The roof we chose was white which made our house really stand out over the gray siding and white trim. Moreover, our HVAC bills were lowered (I track it). Last, I want to tell you that Guyson are more than just roofers after your money. They are fine local people. Recently, my 94 year-old neighbor climbed on his roof to do some repairs. He fell off the roof onto a concrete pad and spent 5 days in intensive care. 20-some staples in his head, boot on his left leg and badly bruised ribs but super lucky to be alive. Needless to say, he's not going to get on the roof anytime soon. I get "the cat claws" when I'm on a pitched roof. So I called Guyson and when they heard the story they came out and looked at the job. Although they are swamped and this is a small job they're gonna do finish the repair anyway. God love 'em. BTW, my neighbor's fall is how I found out I never finished this review I started in 2017."

"From start to finish I couldn't be happier. The sales rep Monika was amazing, she had great ideas, is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. We had the shutters installed in every window, and were so happy with the product and service we had them return and install them on out large sliding doors. The installers were polite, efficient and very good at their job. I would highly recommend their services"

"This is a terrible company. Nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls. My generator was installed after long delays. The enclosure they built does not drain well. The door for the enclosure was never installed. I have called many times and left messages. They wanted me to sign a service contract. Never! I will look for a reputable service company. I have contacted the Generac main office to file complaints."
