They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again. "The economy is real good for people because one could always get somebody trying to beat the other guy to get the business. It's a good market for people who want to use them. Their price is competitive. This company would do everything. To put up hardiplank, they would have to take out all the screens on the patio and then put up the hardiplank, put the screen in and all those stuff. Some of the other companies don't put in the screenings and one would have to hire 2 or 3 people to paint the trim as they won't have painters and all that. If I add up the charge for the hardiplank and the windows and then the painter's charge and everything, it would cost a lot. It's like one company which can handle everything. They take a month to do it. Then I only have one company at my house for a month instead of 2 or 3 other companies. They were very professional. A hardiplank is 4 inches wide and 12 feet long. It looks like the houses that have wood siding on the side. They are like long strips of concrete. It can be put on a concrete house, but I had a wood siding house. It won't wrought and it's fire resistant too. One need not worry about the wood wroughting and that they would have to replace it after a couple of years and so on. I would use them again in the future."
