"Scott was one of 3 that reached out within 5-10 minutes of my request. Once I spoke to him, I had a very good feeling about the level of experience and quality I could expect from him. He had an opening for the very next morning at 8:30am and I happily accepted after confirming a few questions. I wanted to be transparent with him so I wouldn’t feel I was wasting his time or mine. He was very forthcoming on the range for pricing I could anticipate which I appreciated very much. Scott arrived the next morning within 10-15 minutes of our appointment (totally understandable given Jacksonville traffic and time of day). He assessed the problem, quickly identified the leak, went to his shop to retrieve a needed part and promptly returned. All in all, leak was fixed very quickly and he explained cause for leak. There have been no issues and the visit was 5 days ago now. I will definitely be calling Peyton Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!
